James has been an innovative and creative force in the field of live
entertainment for over twenty five years. He started in
the industry when he was a teenager managing, producing
and supporting musical acts as well as developing his
talents and skills in the field of graphic design. He is
the embodiment of the successful entrepreneur: a
self-starter, intelligent, business focused,
customer-centric, has the ability to relate to people
from all walks of life and develop and maintain strong
relationships.
Not satisfied to rest on his laurels, several years ago James founded J &
J Comedy, LLP, known publicly as The Comedy Shoppe, and
has since produced hundreds of both comedy shows for the
public as well as private events such as fundraisers and
business events. In addition, he has produced shows in
major venues such as the Best Buy Theater (formerly The
Nokia Theater) in Broadway’s Times Square and the
Starland Ballroom in NJ. He has both worked with and/or
managed some of the top comedy headliners in the
country.
James comes from a large family and proudly maintains an extensive
network of friends and colleagues throughout the
country. When not pursuing his business objectives,
James enjoys cooking and cuisine, professional sports,
travel, is a technology enthusiast and an avid music
fan. He is also active in many civic organizations.
